Role Summary: We are hiring for Nabati Middle East. In this role, you will lead sales and distribution for Nabati products across Kuwait, Iraq, Bahrain, Jordan, and Lebanon. Your main responsibilities are managing distributors, driving sales growth, leading the sales team, and ensuring strong market execution to achieve business targets. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales and distribution strategies for each country. Grow market share through better distribution coverage and merchandising. Manage P&L, including sales forecasting, budgeting, and expense control. Oversee marketing activities through distributors and the sales team to strengthen brand presence.
Lead and manage distributors and wholesalers to achieve sales targets. Build, coach, and develop the sales team with clear growth plans and training. Work closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to support business goals. Understand customer needs and ensure strong relationships across markets. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Sales Manager in FMCG. Strong experience managing distributors and sales teams across multiple countries. Familiar with Middle Eastern markets, especially Kuwait, Iraq, Bahrain, Jordan, and Lebanon. Proven track record in growing sales and managing P&L.
