As we continue our rapid growth, we are now seeking a Country Manager for the Nordics to drive revenue, strengthen partnerships, and ensure our customers consistently receive the full value we promise. The RoleAs Country Manager Nordics, you will have full responsibility for delivering revenue growth in the Nordics (focus on DK, NO and SWE) through: New Sales – identifying, developing, and closing deals with both public and private customers. Renewals & Upsell – securing contract extensions and expansions.
Value Creation through Carpooling – ensuring you and your team deliver the carpools we have promised our customers as it is the carpools that drive a significant part of our revenue (we get paid per completed trip). You will lead both our sales teams and Customer Success Managers in Denmark and Norway. Your success will be measured on both sales results, carpool generation and customer satisfaction. You will be the bridge between commercial ambitions and operational delivery – making sure we deliver the value we’ve sold and turn customers into long-term partners.
Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and execute sales strategies across the Nordic markets. Lead, coach, and inspire sales teams and Customer Success Managers to deliver outstanding results. Plan and oversee effective user acquisition initiatives. Drive innovation in both sales approaches and carpool adoption. Foster strong customer relationships and ensure consistently high satisfaction. Champion our culture – embracing experiments and learning from failures as the path to success. Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to accelerate growth and refine processes. Leverage data insights from sales and delivery to continuously optimize performance.
What We’re Looking ForProven track record in B2B sales to public and/or private organizations. Experience leading both sales and customer success/delivery teams. Strong commercial mindset paired with hands-on execution skills. Doer mentality – equally comfortable recruiting users on-site one day and meeting with the Minister of Transportation the next. Data-driven approach with the ability to translate insights into action. Excellent leadership and motivational skills across multiple geographies. Fluent in Danish and/or Norwegian, with strong English communication skills. Willingness to travel approximately five days per month.
