The General Manager serves as a strategic leader overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, driving profitability and market growth. Responsible for implementing systems and procedures aligned with brand standards and ensuring clear, consistent communication with all stakeholders. Reporting to: CEOManagement Team size to handle: 6-8 HODs and/or senior staff. Number of restaurants to handle: 5-7Responsibilities: •Overseeing the complete operations of the organization in accordance with the direction established in the strategic plans. • Developing the Oman growth strategy and business plan by expanding the current brands, and onboarding more of company’s brands into the Oman market.
• Achieving the organization's overall strategic goals and profitability requirements as determined by the strategic plans. • Representing the company with all stakeholders, shareholders, affiliates, governmental entities, and key partners• Stays current with industry trends and monitors strengths and weakness of competition; explores new business opportunities; develops business plans designed to maximize profitability and market share in Oman. • Accountable for delivery of business plans; experiments with new ideas and takes calculated risks to improve guest satisfaction and profitability.

Bachelor's degree within Business Management / Specialization in hospitality management is preferred. 5 – 7 years minimum experience in management role in F&B Industry.
