Nail Technician

To consistently deliver the highest level of Beauty treatments for female clients.   Ensure all services are completed to excellent technical standards.  Provide clients with a thorough consultation to understand their needs and expectations.  To follow all protocols set down in the standard operating procedures to ensure all treatment are carried out in line with ABA brand standards.  Maintain cleanliness of own work areas and equipment and of the salon and surrounding areas.  Ensure the Brand standard ambiance and atmosphere of the treatment room is consistently maintained.  Demonstrate high standards of punctuality and good time-keeping.  To attend company and team meetings and departmental / product training as reasonably required.  Uphold the standards of sanitation and sterilization as directed by the ministry and the salon`s policies.  To undertake any necessary work or engagement in the betterment of the business during downtime such as; cloakroom assistance, reception, laundry or providing advice to clients on the shop floor.  Meet departmental targets for client retention, requests and re-bookings  Assist in all areas of salon operation as requested by management.   Provide accurate, appropriate and immediate responses to all requests by guests ensuring complete guest satisfaction.
