The OpportunityNascent is looking for a creative and curious Talent Acquisition Partner to help us build our talent funnel for unique and specialized roles. You will focus on finding the outliers—the people with drive, edge, and a passion for building what doesn’t yet exist. You may be new in your recruiting journey, but you have experience identifying exceptional talent and have found success getting in front of them. You’ll lead searches across investing, engineering, and platform roles, working closely with hiring managers to define success, craft strategy, and close exceptional people.
You’ll manage the full cycle, while ensuring every candidate experience is crisp and clear.
