9 hours per Day/ 5 days per week Job Type: Full Time/ On Site Department: Software Reporting To: Software Development ManagerRange Salary: Based On Salary ScaleJob Summary The Senior QA/QC Specialist will lead quality assurance efforts across software development projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables and processes. This role will involve overseeing test planning, implementation, and reporting, as well as mentoring junior QA team members.

The Senior QA/QC Specialist will also work closely with stakeholders to define testing strategies, perform complex testing scenarios, and help drive continuous improvement in QA processesDuties & responsibilitiesDevelop and execute advanced test strategies, plans, and test cases for complex softwareapplications. Lead the planning and execution of manual and automated testing efforts, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define quality standards and testing requirements. Oversee the execution of functional, regression, load, and integrationtests. Manage testing activities across multiple projects, ensuring testing is aligned with release schedules.

Lead and contribute to the design and implementation of automated test scripts, ensuring high test coverage. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior QA team members, helping to develop their skills and knowledge in QA practices. Lead defect triage meetings and collaborate with development teams to address high-priorityissues. Continuously improve the test process, leveraging new tools, methodologies, and technologies. Identify, document, and track software defects and work closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution. Generate detailed test reports and defect reports, presenting findings to stakeholders and senior management. Conduct root cause analysis for recurring defects and suggest process improvements.

Drive continuous improvements to QA methodologies, tools, and processes. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices, applying them to enhance QA operations. Communicate testing status, issues, and risks to senior management and project stakeholders. Act as a liaison between the QA team and other teams, ensuring smooth cross-team collaboration. Participate in sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups to ensure quality considerations are integrated into the project life cycle. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in QA/QC testing, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role. . Excellent verbal and written communication skills in business English. Advanced knowledge of test automation frameworks (e. g. , Selenium, Appium). Proficient in scripting languages (Java, Python, JavaScript). Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automated testingpractices. Experience with test management tools (e. g. , Jira, TestRail) and defect-tracking systems. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills. Excellent communication and mentoring abilities. Ability to lead and work in an Agile environment. Proven experience in driving process improvements and delivering high-quality results .

ISTQB Certification or similar QA certification. Experience with performance and load-testing tools (e. g. , Load Runner, J Meter). Knowledge of security testing and ethical hackingpractices.
