48 hours per week / 5 Days per week Owns personal means of transportation (car)Job Summary We are seeking a talented Software Sales Engineer Who is responsible for driving sales of technical solutions by identifying client needs, designing and proposing appropriate technical offerings, delivering presentations, and managing client relationships. The role requires strong technical expertise and sales acumen, focusing on networking, infrastructure, ICT, hardware, and communication services. Duties & responsibilities: Conduct technical discovery meetings to understand customer requirements. Visit client sites (physical or virtual) to evaluate infrastructure and gather technical dataDevelop tailored solutions involving networking, software, hardware, and ICT systems.

Prepare and deliver detailed technical proposals and sales presentations. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets (quota). Drive the entire technical sales cycle from lead qualification to deal closure. Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients. Act as a technical advisor before, during, and after the sales process. Work closely with project implementation teams, developers, and support engineers. Collaborate with the product and pricing teams to prepare custom offerings. Monitor industry trends, competitors, and customer feedback.

Suggest improvements or innovations based on market needsPlan and execute Proof of Concept (POC) projects to validate solutions with clients. Provide hands-on demonstrations or simulations when required. Identify and analyze client technical requirements through discovery sessions and site visits. Design tailored solutions involving networking, software, hardware, and digital systems. Prepare and deliver compelling technical proposals and sales presentations. Develop and execute sales plans to achieve assigned targets. Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing ongoing technical support and advice. Coordinate with internal teams (development, support, implementation) to ensure smooth project execution.

Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies. Manage Proof of Concept (POC) and technical demonstrations as needed. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Telecommunications, or EngineeringProven experience (2+ years) in technical sales, pre-sales, or a related technical role. Owns personal means of transportation (car)Basic cybersecurity (firewalls, access control). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Cloud fundamentals (AWS, Azure). General understanding of development cycles (SDLC).

Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and platformsUnderstanding of IT systems and enterprise digital transformation workflows. Awareness of emerging tech: AI, IoT, Automation (optional but valuable).
