9 hours per Day / 5 Days per weekJob Summary We are seeking a Senior UI/UX Developer with strong front-end development expertise to lead the design and implementation of intuitive, modern user interfaces across our digital platforms. The ideal candidate is a design-thinker with hands-on coding skills who can bridge the gap between visual design and technical implementation, ensuring an exceptional user experience across web and mobile applications. Duties & responsibilities: Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and build user-centric solutions. Translate business and user requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and final designs.

Build high-quality front-end code using modern frameworks such as Vue. js, React, or Angular. Ensure UI designs are consistent, responsive, accessible, and aligned with product goals. Conduct and analyze user research, usability testing, and A/B testing. Drive the creation and maintenance of design systems and UI libraries. Mentor junior designers and front-end developers on best practices and standardsQualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Telecommunications, or Engineering3+ years of experience in UI/UX design and front-end development. Mastery of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks (Vue. js preferred, React or Angular acceptable).

Strong expertise in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar. Deep understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility standards (WCAG). Experience in designing and building scalable, component-based UI systems. Solid understanding of REST APIs and integrating front-end with backend services. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to lead design discussions and justify decisions with data and best practices. Experience in Vue 3 and modern JavaScript (ES6+). Familiarity with Tailwind CSS or other utility-first CSS frameworks. Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies. Experience working on large-scale or enterprise-level applications.
