Senior Test Coordinator

We are looking for an experienced Senior Test Coordinator who can take ownership of test planning, execution, and reporting within a large-scale IT transformation project. The ideal candidate is fluent in German and English, has hands-on experience with agile testing environments, and is confident working independently across cross-functional teams. You will be supporting a major IT transformation program focused on modernizing and standardizing the Meter2Cash (M2C) business processes. The project aims to implement digital, automated, and customer-centric end-to-end processes across multiple organizational units, enabling self-service capabilities for end users through a new IT landscape. Responsibilities:

Coordinate test activities in collaboration with the central project team and business departmentsAdvise and support the setup of a suitable test environment, including appropriate system architectureDeliver JIRA training to test team membersOrganize and provide user stories and appropriate test data from business unitsPrepare test data and test cases based on client specificationsDesign a test automation platform and present it to internal expertsMonitor test execution using a defined monitoring concept and respond to deviationsIndependently execute tests for:

System Functionality Testing (SFT)Function Integration Testing (FIT / I-tests)User Acceptance Testing (UAT)Track and document defects for client release presentationsDerive and coordinate required corrections for affected systemsRequirements: Proven experience coordinating testing in agile transformation projectsStrong knowledge of JIRA and test management toolsFamiliarity with SAP or commercial reporting tools (ideally Apptio)Excellent analytical, conceptual, and communication skillsIndependent and results-driven work styleHigh resilience and ability to work under pressureStrong ownership and identification with technical challengesFluent German and English (verbal and written)
