We are talent obsessed and deeply believe that the raw skills of our people, and their collective brilliance is what makes us truly extraordinary! About The RoleWe're looking for an ambitious and proactive National Account Executive to join our International Commercial Team here at the Gisou Hive. This exciting role will work across the EU & UK markets, supporting with some of our biggest international retail partners. This could include direct account management depending on the level of previous experience. This would be a great opportunity for a capable National Account Assistant or Co-ordinator looking for a step up, or an established Account Executive looking for their next challenge!What You'll DoConducting regular analysis on stock levels, sell through and cover, providing actionable insights and pro-actively anticipating opportunities to drive net sales. Execution of NPD to market, running all product set up critical paths and ensuring a seamless go-live of new products on time. Building strong relationships with retail partners, with daily communication on administrative queries such as stock availability, order deadlines & product info. Supporting the project management and on the ground delivery of key events in the markets. Managing core sales files, taking ownership of not only updating documents but also proactively flagging insights and challenges to wider stakeholders as you establish yourself in the team as the go-to for information (e.g. Xmas sell through, sales by door, orders vs allocations). Providing thorough updates on competitor activity online and in-store, sharing best practice. Run analysis to look at return on investment on Gisou activations and provide learnings for future plans. Supporting the Head of Sales and Sales Director with ad hoc commercial projects and tasks.Who You Are2 years experience in FMCG sales.Passionate about the beauty industry and Gisou. Proven strong project management and excellent communication skills to work with retailers and a hybrid team. Proactive, autonomous, and able to take initiative. Highly organised, detail-oriented, with strong accuracy on tasks. Proficient in excel with good commercial acumen and an analytic mindset.
