Role: Junior National Account ManagerLocation: London (hybrid)Salary: up to £40,000 plus bonus!Ready to take your account management skills to the next level? We’re looking for a Junior National Account Manager who is a relationship-builder, sales guru, and beauty industry expert! You’ll be our clients go-to for helping manage key accounts, developing strong partnerships, and driving growth across national retail and e-commerce channels.What You’ll Do:Support the National Account Manager(s) in delivering sales targets and KPIs across key national and international retail accounts.Maintain and develop strong relationships with retail partners and internal stakeholders.Assist in building seasonal and annual joint business plans (JBPs), tracking performance and identifying areas for growth.Analyse sales data and trends to provide insight-driven recommendations.Manage administrative tasks including promotional planning, stock forecasting, and invoice reconciliation.Work closely with marketing, supply chain and finance to ensure cohesive execution of account plans.Support in planning and executing new product launches and in-store activations.Prepare account performance reports, presentations and monthly trackers.Stay informed on competitor activity and industry trends to support strategic planning.What You Need:2+ years of experience in account management or sales, in the beauty/personal care space is a mustStrong relationship-building skills and a knack for closing deals.Experience working with national retailers and understanding retail processes.Sales-driven, strategic thinker with an eye for detail.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Unfortunately, due to the anticipated high numbers of applications we will not be able to respond to every applicant.
