We’re also proud to say our donuts have hit the big screen — with recent collaborations alongside Netflix (Stranger Things) and Universal (Wicked –Part 2). Beyond our own range, we also manufacture for some of Australia’s favourite brands including Bistro Morgan, FROPRO, Mason Baker, and Tasty. At Daniel’s Donuts, we’re all about creating iconic treats that make every moment a little more fun. 🍿🍩 We’re also super pumped to recently this year to be announced as the official donut provider of the AFL, serving club-themed donuts at Marvel Stadium and across the country through our online store. Things never stop here at Donut land, and we need someone to move as fast as we do! And now, we’re looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to help drive that next chapter of growth. The Opportunity You’ll be the driving force behind some of our biggest and most exciting partnerships — managing strategic relationships and unlocking new opportunities that put Daniel’s Donuts in more hands (and mouths!) than ever before. To grow the category, expand our presence, and identify new business opportunities in emerging channels as we roll out our next wave of growth. What You’ll Be Doing (and loving!) 🍩 Account Management – Making Magic With Our Partners Build, nurture, and grow amazing relationships with our key retail, corporate, and distribution partnersBring our Joint Business Plans (JBPs) to life with retail partners — turning strategy into sweet, measurable wins Be the go-to legend for all VIC-based key accounts, ensuring they get gold-standard service, fast communication, and genuine partnershipHit (and ideally smash!) sales targets and deliver on account-specific growth plansNegotiate trading terms, promotions, and new product opportunities with confidence and commercial smartsTeam up with Marketing, Operations, and Supply Chain to make sure customer expectations — and Daniel’s brand standards — are executed flawlesslyDive into data to understand performance, category trends, and promo ROI, helping shape smarter business decisions🚀 Business Development – Exploring the Next Frontier Hunt down, validate, and launch new opportunities in emerging sectors (corporate catering, foodservice, travel, convenience, institutional… you name it!)Build a strong pipeline of prospects and turn them into long-term, high-value partnershipsCollaborate with internal teams to craft proposals, pricing, and activation plans tailored to each customerRepresent Daniel’s at trade shows and industry events — boosting brand visibility while opening new doors and building future opportunities 📊 Commercial & Strategic Impact Share insights on market trends, customer needs, and competitors to help shape our strategic plansFeed real customer and market feedback into New Product Development to help guide the next big Daniel’s hit Keep CRM records polished, accurate, and up to date — activity, forecasts, opportunities, all of it 🍩 Skills & Experience We’re Looking For 3–5 years of crushing it in Key Account Management, Business Development, or similar roles — ideally in FMCG, food, or retailA track record of real wins in account management or national account executive roles — you know how to grow accounts and keep them happyConfident managing commercial negotiations, pricing discussions, and delivering meaningful sales growth Strong business smarts — you understand P&Ls, pricing strategy, and what levers actually move the needle A natural relationship-builder with top-tier communication skills — people simply enjoy working with you A proactive, self-starting operator who can take the lead, work independently, and consistently drive outcomesSolid analytical chops with the ability to turn numbers into insights — plus you’re comfortable in Excel and CRM tools A current driver’s licence and the flexibility to hit the road across Victoria when neededAbout You You’re commercially savvy, relationship-driven, and love seeing your work directly shape a brand’s success story.
