We’re seeking a talented National Account Manager to lead Lindt in the WWNZ and TWL accounts.This hands-on role requires strong sales expertise, commercial acumen, and exceptional communication skills. You’ll drive growth, profitability, and category success while delivering a premium brand experience to shoppers nationwide.Your Role:Reporting to the Business Manager – Lindt, you will:Own the Lindt brand across WWNZ and TWL, managing day-to-day relationships with key category managersDevelop and execute joint business plans, promotional programs, NPD presentations, and category reviewsDrive sales growth and profitability through trade spend management, pricing strategy, and promotionsProvide accurate sales and A&P forecasts in line with S&OP processesAnalyse market and category data (IRI, Nielsen, Aztec) to identify opportunities and optimise strategiesCollaborate with marketing, supply chain, and field sales teams to ensure excellent in-store executionAbout You:Proven FMCG account management experience, ideally in the NZ grocery sectorStrong sales skills with a track record of achieving targetsExcellent communication, relationship management, and negotiation skillsStrong analytical and commercial capability; confident using IRI, Nielsen, and Aztec dataAdvanced Excel and reporting skillsHighly organised and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentExperience with Power BI, SAP (desirable)This role is perfect for someone passionate about premium brands and commercial results.
