Our aim is to drag the carbonate category into the 21st century with our two disruptive brands: FIX8 Kombucha - a beautifully branded, British-made kombucha that delights purists and sceptics alike, leading on taste, gut-health benefits and brand personality.  FIX8 Water Kefir - a juicy, living, sparkling soft drink - We ferment with real fruit - not spoonfuls of sugar - to create a fizz that's naturally alive and full of flavour. No dairy, no added sugar and definitely no nasties.  Fibe Soda - an exciting prebiotic soda designed to mimic the taste of the classics we all know, but without additives, artificial sweeteners or excess sugar, and with a real functional gut health benefit - 5g prebiotic fibre per can.  We’re available across the UK in the likes of Sainsbury’s, Tesco, Waitrose, Morrison’s, Ocado, Holland & Barrett and a wide variety of independent cafes, chain restaurants and office canteens.  We’re a fast-growing, ambitious start-up at a hugely exciting stage. The next 12-18 months will see rapid expansion across the UK (and beyond), and we’re looking for energetic, passionate and ambitious people to join us for the ride. THE ROLE: To help fuel our continued growth, Fix8 need an ambitious National Account Manager to support our Sales function by leading the management and growth of some of our largest customers whilst helping the brand launch into exciting new categories. This person will be a passionate, pro-active and tenacious go-getter - adding real value to our growing sales team.  You’ll be highly organised, data driven and proactive with a solid account management background in FMCG. We’re looking for someone that is hungry for a fresh challenge and the opportunity to have a step-change impact at a business with plenty of headroom to progress quickly.  You will be responsible for managing all facets with some of our key customers across the business. You will be resilient and highly motivated by smashing your sales targets at a mission led fast growing business like ours!Your main responsibilities will be:Lead the accounts of some of our largest customers Deliver smart joint business plans to hit sales, profit and distribution targetsLaunch NPD, manage strategic promotion planning and work closely with the buying, category and supply teams with our customersManaging and mentoring our National Account ExecutiveSupport the operational side of the business, including liaising with logistics partners and helping resolve any stock or delivery challenges.Work cross-functionally with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns, activations and customer initiatives.Occasionally supporting the senior team across the business, learning rapidly in a small and enthusiastic company.WHO YOU ARE: You’ll be a key member of the sales team at Fix8, helping us to grow our brand, visibility and presence across the UK. You will need to demonstrate;·        Experience: Proven experience as a National Account Manager in grocery/retail with P+L ownership. Must have top 4 grocery exposure. ·        Challenger brand approach: You have a growth mindset and view challenges as learning opportunities, not failures.·        Clever and commercial: You’ll have strong negotiation skills, relationship building strength and category insight experience·        Analytical & accountable: You’ll be a natural problem solver, comfortable with numbers and take responsibility for your actions. P+L experience is required. ·        Courageous & resilient: You’ll be a self-starter with the tenacity to grow within our small and fast-growing business. We’re looking for someone relentless and energetic who doesn’t just survive but who thrives and learns in that environment.·        Organised & detail-orientated: We’re a small, agile team so you’ll be able to manage multiple projects at one time and have an ability to think on your feet whilst maintaining an eye for detail.·        Excited by FMCG, people and targets: Absolutely key, if you aren’t passionate about FMCG and connecting with new people, then this is not the role for you.·        Have excellent communication skills both verbal and written: You will be a strong and confident communicator with excellent presentation skills.
