Seeking a detail-oriented and professional National Account Manager with a proven ability to formulate sound business plans, maximize opportunities, manage risk, deliver on profitability goals, develop effective long-term business relationships, and exceed customer expectations.How will you create impact? Developing bi-annual business plans that deliver upon company goals and meet customer needsDeliver product presentations, business proposals and ad plans to customers on timeUnderstand customers’ timelines and proactively provide them with all information and materials required to make decisions and manage business wellTimely and accurate set up of new items and maintenance of existing itemsWork with support team to develop forecasts that best reflect market realities; update forecasts as required, at minimum on a monthly basisTimely and effective review of actual performance to ensure goals are achieved and adjust plans as necessaryManage client-specific budgetAnalysis of sell through data and market intelligence to maximize business opportunities while minimizing riskClear and efficient communication with customers; fast solutions to challengesWork proactively and effectively with team members to deliver best possible customer serviceWork in a team environment, providing feedback and coaching to your account management teamWhat are your skills and experience? National sales and account management experienceRetail, Consumer Product Goods experience preferredDemonstrated success managing a business portfolio of account(s)Experience of the retail link systemThe anticipated salary range for candidates who will work in Ontario is $80,000 to $100,000 per annum.
