The ideal candidate will bring a proactive, solutions-focused approach and a genuine desire to understand and support customer needs.This is a high-impact role that will contribute directly to our commercial growth and long-term success, offering strong visibility across the business and the chance to make a meaningful contribution.Essential RequirementsWe’re looking for someone who brings:Proven experience managing accounts within cash & carry, wholesale, food distribution or the wider food & beverage sector.A customer-focused mindset, able to build strong working relationships built on trust and professionalism.A consistent record of achieving targets within a sales-driven environment.Clear, confident communication skills, both written and verbal.Strong organisational and IT skills, including maintaining accurate CRM records (Salesforce experience ideal).The confidence to represent Prima at external events in a professional and credible way.A full driving licence and use of a vehicle.You’ll thrive here if you enjoy taking ownership, working with integrity and staying motivated to continually improve outcomes for customers and the business.Why Join Us?Our people are central to everything we do.
