We provide exceptional award-winning customer service that is a strong product differentiator.About The RoleThe purpose of the National Advice Distribution Manager is to effectively lead our team of Generate Nominated Representatives (GNR) across New Zealand, creating a high performing and engaged team that enables sustainable growth and the achievement of business objectives. This will be achieved through having a particular focus on GNR business development and ensuring we remain agile and responsive to change, leading initiatives to lift culture, improve performance and ensure overall continuous improvement.About YouWe are seeking a visionary leader with an unwavering focus on customer experience and a strong drive to achieve growth while leading high-performing teams. You will have a proven track record of exceeding targets and delivering results, showing a passion for driving success.You will excel at enabling and motivating advisers through effective coaching, robust performance management, and continuous capability development, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and driving sustainable growth. Operational excellence, compliance, and a customer-first mindset are essential, as you streamline processes, uphold quality standards, and leverage innovation to deliver outstanding adviser and client experiences.Additionally, we value the following attributes:Minimum of 10 years’ experience in an equivalent or similar role, this must include leading large sales teams.Established track record of leading sales teams to develop sales strategy, deliver initiatives, and exceed performance targets (KPI’s and growth targets).5+years proven leadership ability with experience in coaching, training, and the ability to inspire and motivate large teams.Commercial acumen and an understanding of business environment in which Generate operatesWhat’s in it for you?Our culture is what sets us apart.
