Job Description

Job PurposeEnd to end Merchant Product Support as per the below defined tasks and duties. Will be accountable for timely delivery of all Acquiring related product enhancements and new projects. Key Tasks and DutiesIntroduction of new payments options that will benefit the bank. Leverage technology for business success. Responsible for setting up & reviewing merchant’s portal, merchant’s Apps & integration document for POS and Ecommerce. Contribute to seamless and ongoing systems improvements to streamline processes of payment acquiring systems. In-depth market awareness of online gateway services and new features & enhancement.

Performing UAT & end to end technical support for all acquiring related activities POS & Ecommerce. to merchants in UAT and Production environment. Support merchants on POS Integration along with the vendors DLL, App to App, API & Cloud Based ECR Integration with different type of POS terminals. Support merchant on E-Commerce integration with ONET, CYBS, MPGS and other platforms. End to end training to merchants on Unified Check-out, ONET, CYBS, MPGS and other portal access. Coordinate with IT team in all type of POS terminals applications testing and roll out in the market.

Enabling wallet payment acceptance such as Samsung Pay & Apple Pay on Ecommerce. Attend to merchant complaints on POS and Ecommerce Failures and problem. Manage the roll-out plan and Implementation for any new products in the market. Follow up with vendors for providing solution on any terminal (hardware / software) issues. Provide on-going support and problem resolution for merchants. Schemes Certification support & PCI DSS implementation. Managing card acceptance & fraud awareness training to merchants. Handling Merchants and general enquiries & help the team to resolve merchants. Resolve inquiries and issues for E-Commerce merchants with solution and satisfaction-oriented mindset.

Monitoring of merchants website and APP to ensure the product and services offered by the merchant are as per the agreement. QualificationsA university graduate in a relevant subject such as banking or financeExperienceFive years’ experience of which at least two years should be in the sales, preferably in Merchant Acquiring
