National Brand ManagerApplication Deadline: Nov. 9, 2025Location: HelsinkiWe are seeking a dedicated National Brand Manager to take full ownership of strategic partnerships within our dynamic auto commercial team in Helsinki. In this role, you will work closely with leading auto and leisure manufacturers and importers, using your expertise to influence key decisions and drive impactful business opportunities.This position offers a unique opportunity to combine your strategic insight, financial understanding, and relationship skills in a role that presents both challenges and rewards—making a direct contribution to the success of our partners and our organization.The responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:Manage business and marketing responsibilities for chosen brand co-operations, including indirect responsibility for associated dealersFull P&L responsibility for financial cooperation with the brandsAct as the main contact for brands regarding all finance-related issuesOversee volume, profit, finance penetration, product development, and CRM topicsPromote and coordinate sales activities such as finance campaignsResponsible for service level KPIs and reporting to brandsPrepare internal business cases to support decision-making, providing partner insights and business rationaleCollaborate actively with key stakeholders (both partners and internally) to drive profitable sales at local and Nordic/HQ levelsLead internal projects, such as new tender requests from brands and onboarding of new brandsSkills & RequirementsTo succeed in this role, we believe you need relevant experience, strong relationship-building skills, and a good understanding of the Finnish auto market.Skills & Requirements• Good understanding of the Finnish auto market• Strong business and financial product understanding• High energy and passion for sales – results-oriented• Analytical and financial mindset or background• Fluent in written and spoken Finnish and English• Excellent presentation and sales skills• Strong proven negotiation and relationship-building skills• Up to date on basic technology and reporting tools• Good MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)Preferred Experience & Education• +5 years relevant work experience, preferably in consumer finance or car importer• B2B sales experience with long-term customer relationships• Experience negotiating with management in the auto industry• Successful track record in profitable sales• Education: BBA/MBA in Business & Administration, Marketing & Sales or similar (relevant work experience can compensate for formal education)We offer:An opportunity to work in a large, high-performing international company, in a dynamic environment that is constantly changingA corporate culture that is professional, yet informal, customer and value drivenHighly competent and dedicated co-workers with strong collaboration across the NordicsA high level of diversity and a multi-cultural working atmosphereA strong focus on learning and developmentMultiple sports and social eventsAdditional informationWe perform background checks on all relevant candidates.
