Lead and coordinate aluminium distribution across 16 branches, ensuring consistency and operational efficiencyManage full profit and loss (P&L) and balance sheet responsibility for the aluminium divisionMaintain exceptional customer service standards (98%+ DIFOT and 95% inventory availability)Act as the central liaison between sales, procurement, warehousing, and finance to drive alignment and performanceMonitor and analyse branch performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovationsChampion best practices in inventory management, logistics, and customer serviceRepresent the aluminium portfolio in strategic discussions and cross-functional initiativesTravel across New Zealand (2-3 days per week}to engage with branch teams and stakeholdersNgā uara me ngā pūkenga e angitu ai koe | What you'll need to succeed A self-motivated and tenacious leader with a sharp eye for detail and a healthy dose of humour.
