National Coordinator - Youth Leadership Program

About the Role:As the Mint Student Ambassador Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and enhancing the Mint Student Ambassador program. Your responsibilities will include providing comprehensive support to student ambassadors, fostering their development, and ensuring the smooth execution of program activities. Reporting to Director Marketing and dotted line reporting to Head of Mint Impact Solutions, you will serve as the primary liaison between Mint and its student ambassadors, contributing to the promotion of sustainability and recycling initiatives across universities in Pakistan.Responsibilities:Student Ambassador Support:Act as the primary point of contact for all Mint Student Ambassadors, offering guidance, support, and assistance as needed.Provide administrative support to facilitate the operations of the Mint Student Ambassador program, including meeting coordination, governance tasks, and documentation management.Cultivate and maintain strong working relationships with student ambassadors to facilitate internal communication, gather feedback, and address their needs and concerns.Utilize various support methods to equip student ambassadors with policy knowledge, leadership skills, and resources, including facilitating discussions, organizing workshops, and coordinating team-building activities.Respond promptly to the evolving needs and challenges faced by student ambassadors, ensuring that adequate support is provided at all times.Assist student ambassadors in engaging with the wider student community and promoting Mint's initiatives through various channels, including social media and networking platforms.Programme Administrative Support:Capture and log data related to Mint Student Ambassador program activities for internal communication and reporting purposes.Provide project and administrative support for program activities and events, collaborating with internal teams to ensure their successful implementation.Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and assist in generating reports for internal and external stakeholders.Collaborate with Mint's communication and marketing teams to communicate program activities and outcomes to relevant stakeholders.Work with Mint's sustainability and environmental teams to provide student ambassadors with up-to-date knowledge and resources related to sustainability and recycling initiatives.Key Criteria:Essential:Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in IT tools such as Microsoft Teams, Excel, Zoom, and Google Docs.Ability to build effective working relationships and collaborate with colleagues and external stakeholders.Previous experience working directly with students.Experience providing administrative support for projects or programs.Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.Highly organized with the capacity to work independently while seeking guidance when necessary.Experience within a membership organization, educational institution, or students' union.Desirable:Experience working directly with student leaders and representatives.Background in student engagement, communications, and content creation.Project or program management skills.Experience in stakeholder engagement.If you are passionate about sustainability, student engagement, and making a positive impact on campus communities, we encourage you to apply for the Mint Student Ambassador Coordinator position.
