The Organization:My client is the fastest growing network of independent restoration contractors in Canada.They provide high quality 24/7 emergency response, restoration and specialty services to the insurance industry, residential, commercial, institutional and industrial customers.Primary Role and Responsibilities will include:Membership Support & DevelopmentRegular communication with existing members on matters directly affecting their operationsIdentify new members using established membership development methodology and criteriaIdentify and coordinate regional membership networking opportunitiesCoordinate and/or provide member trainingAttend, plan/coordinate national and regional meetings with membersContribute material for internal communicationsCommunication & ReportingSubmit monthly, quarterly and annual reportsAttend national marketing committee and annual member meetingsDocumentation of sales activitiesBudget & Marketing PlanHire a Business Development Manager and assist with the development of an annual marketing plan and budgetAssist in implementing marketing plan initiatives while maintaining expenses within an allocated budgetKeep abreast of changes within the industry, including customers and competitionDevelopment of New and Existing AccountsIdentify account opportunities and maintain a high degree of sales activityHelp promote services nationallyReport activities and milestones on a regular basisMarketing SupportAttend regional and national trade showsPromote and coordinate attendance at trade shows, seminars and regional meetings as necessaryAssist with RFI / RFP responsesAssist with national catastrophic response plan and proceduresSkills and Qualifications:Enjoys working in a fast-paced, competitive environmentExceptional communication skills: written, verbal and presentationHigh attention to detail with a focus on fact-based decision making5+ years of experience in the Insurance or Property Restoration Industry is an asset but not a requirementSocial media experienceWhat They OfferCompetitive base salary of $100,000 – $120,000, plus package.Flexible work arrangements (remote or hybrid).Opportunity to shape a national platform supporting independent businesses.Entrepreneurial culture with room for growth and innovation.
