National Engagement Expert

NTU International A/S is leading a consortium for the preparation of proposal for the EIB project: ESF+ ERDF EU wide market assessment studies for the 2028+ Programming Period and is searching for non-key experts to support the core team during the implementation of this project.The overall objective of the project is building on the long-standing cooperation between the EC and EIB, and the vast experience accumulated in the context of fi-compass on the implementation of FIs, the present assignment aims at providing support to the 27 EU MS and relevant MAs in the justification and design of FIs to be financed by EU funding instruments under shared management in the 2028+ programming period.Start date: 1 December 2025.Duration: 15 monthsNational Engagement ExpertRequirements:Education at least Master’s Degree level or higher,≥ 8 yrs FI advisory or evaluation under ERDF / ESF / RRF.Excellent knowledge of BGK, PFR Group and MFiPR.Stakeholder-mapping and coordination capability.Data collection and reporting accuracy.Very good command of English and Polish.Interested candidates should submit their CV and a brief statement of interest to recruitment@ntu.eu on a rolling basis.
