Job Purpose To provide a full range of administrative support to the Regional Sales team in order to help them achieve their sales objectives Principal Responsibilities:
• Provide a full range of administrative and logistical support to the Sales team which includes but may not be limited to the preparation of invoices, quotations, proposals, and contracts• Provide support in the timely and accurate processing of sales orders by coordinating with various departments involved in the fulfilment of orders and resolving any issues • Coordinate with the Sales team and distributors to resolve outstanding and delayed payment claims in accordance with the agreed payment cycle • Update and maintain all sales related data in the relevant systems e. g.
customer data and product related data, ensuring that data is accurate, complete and up to date at all times• Facilitate communication and collaboration among the Sales team members ensuring that information is shared effectively and in a timely manner • Generate regular detailed sales reports, analyse sales data, and prepare performance metrics for the management/sales team• Support the Regional Sales team in onboarding new sales team members and/or OB’s by providing ongoing training and support when needed• Coordinate with the Shopper Marketing/Marketing team to ensure sales materials are up-to-date and readily available for the Sales team• Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to support the planning and execution of sales activation events • Track, monitor and report on sales related expenses against the allocated budgets• Identify areas for process improvement within the Sales team and suggest solutions to streamline workflows and increase efficiency• Continually seek to review and recommend enhancements to sales related SOPs in order to drive efficiencies and improve coordination and communication between the Sales team and other internal departments • Act as the point of contact for customers to raise inquiries and/or resolve complaints, ensuring that all complaints are logged with the CRM team Skill Requirements:
