Position DescriptionOur client, an Am Law 100 firm, is seeking a mid-level associate to join its Chambers-rated Capital Markets practice. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative, team-driven environment on sophisticated structured finance matters within a top-tier international platform. Candidates will have 2 to 5 years of experience (only) in structured finance, including purchase and sale transactions, servicing agreements, and related financing matters.
Key ResponsibilitiesRepresent purchasers, sellers, servicers, creditors, and borrowers, including banks, finance companies, private equity and hedge funds, and public/private companies in structured finance transactionsDraft and negotiate primary transaction documents and agreementsCommunicate directly with clients and transaction counterpartiesCollaborate with colleagues and manage transaction closingsProvide additional support to the practice as neededPersonal AttributesStrong team player who contributes to an inclusive, collegial work environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExceptional attention to detail and organizationOpen to feedback and committed to professional growth
