To oversee the design, planning, execution and evaluation of all strategic marketing and communication processes and activities in Burkina Faso & Niger. Ensuring synergy and consistency between above-the-line and below-the-line communication. Key Duties & ResponsibilitiesControl of the analysis of BOM (Bill of Material), prices, promotion(s), new products, new distribution policy(s), etc. Carries out negotiations and purchase of media airtime with the aim of maximizing value to Promasidor in discounts and bonus spots. Ensures the drawing up of a framework of marketing communication objectives, strategy and budgets annually.
Ensures the presence of a detailed events and promotions plan for the year and adherence to this plan. Prepares monthly marketing expenditure tracking reportsPrepares a detailed report of marketing communication activity every three to six months according to agreed parameters. Conducts periodic field audits of merchandising and branding work. Leads the process to constantly find new promotional tools and ideas as well as review existing tools. Ensures a strong media presence for Promasidor and its brands and facilitate all interaction of Promasidor with media establishments. Leads marketing team strategically to ensure quality and effective return on investment.
Builds and maintains strong relationships with internal and external key stakeholders to ensure proper messaging of company beliefs and service offeringsPlans and promotes marketing campaignsDevelops key messages for all audiences to communicate Promasidor’s core brand identity. Elaborate the annual brand plan according to the Promasidor group strategy. Monitor and inventory POSM (Marketing material) and ensure its good condition at the POS;Be the brand ambassador of our brands in the retail distribution.
