National MHE & DC Equipment Manager

About the RoleThe National MHE & DC Equipment Manager is responsible for managing all material handling and distribution center equipment across sites. The role ensures operational efficiency, safety compliance, equipment reliability, and cost optimization by developing standardized processes, overseeing maintenance, and driving performance improvements.Responsibility :Define and enforce standards for MHE and DC equipment usage, safety, and maintenance across all locations.Implement SOPs and ensure compliance with national and international safety regulations.Maintain a centralized asset registry and monitor lifecycle status.Develop preventive and corrective maintenance programs and oversee execution.Utilize telematics and CMMS data to analyze equipment performance and usage.Support equipment planning for new DCs or capacity expansion.Negotiate national service contracts and monitor SLA performance.Evaluate and qualify new equipment vendors.Requirement :Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical), or Logistics/Supply Chain.Minimum 3-5 years managing MHE/facility assets across multi-site DC operations.Background in logistics, operations, or engineering.Skill & Knowledge : MHE types, Familiar with (CMMS, EAM, & telematics systems), Analytical & Managerial Skills.Placement : Jababeka.
