This is a unique opportunity to expand a leading pediatric portfolio within a dynamic company that is investing strategically in the Greek market.National Sales Manager – Infant Nutrition (6046/NSM/ESS/GR)Role SummaryWe are seeking a National Sales Manager to lead sales in the Infant Nutrition sector.Reporting directly to the CEO, this role carries full responsibility for the national sales function, leading the Area Sales Managers with the respective team of medical representatives across Greece. This is a strategic yet hands-on leadership role for a professional who thrives on driving commercial growth, building high-performing teams, and staying closely connected to the pediatric community. The ideal candidate brings proven experience in the pediatrician channel, ideally within infant nutrition, combining strong strategic thinking with practical field engagement.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, coach, and motivate the national sales team to deliver and exceed business objectives.Design and execute strategic sales plans that accelerate growth and strengthen market position.Act as a hands-on leader, maintaining close contact with pediatricians, healthcare professionals, and key accounts nationwide.Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships within the pediatric community.Analyze market trends, monitor competitor activity, and identify opportunities for differentiation and expansion.Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, medical, and supply chain teams to ensure consistent market execution.Provide accurate forecasting, business reporting, and strategic recommendations directly to senior management.RequirementsSolid senior sales management experience, with a deep understanding of the Pediatrician channel.Ideally experience in infant nutrition, pediatric clinical nutrition, or related healthcare segments.Demonstrated success in leading and developing multi-level sales teams.Strong strategic mindset combined with a hands-on, results-driven leadership style.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field; postgraduate studies are a plus.Fluency in English and Greek.
