Senior/Principal Specialist, Capability & Plans SectionAbout the jobThe Industry Training and Transformation (IT&T) Department is part of NTUC’s Training and Transformation Group that supports companies in workforce and workplace training and business transformation. This role reports to the Assistant Director (AD), Capabilities and Plans Section (CPS), Industry Training & Transformation (IT&T). This role is pivotal in driving workforce and business transformation across various sectors. You will work closely with companies, unions, and government agencies to develop and implement strategies that enhance business growth and employee skills.

If you are highly adaptable and have a passion to find the right suit for others, this is the right fit for you!Key Responsibilities: Consulting and Advising: Provide strategic advice to Company Training Committees (CTCs) on workforce and business transformation. Facilitation: Design and facilitate Operation and Technology Roadmap (OTR) workshops and other interventions for skills upgrading. Project Management: Develop and manage customized transformation support packages, coordinating with NTUC, government, and resource partners. Strategic Planning: Assist in developing departmental strategies, preparing reports, secretariat work and supporting inter-departmental work teams for various industry clusters. Data Analysis:

Work with data analysts to identify gaps and trends, proposing solutions to meet key performance indicators (KPIs). Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support business, workforce, and workplace transformation initiatives. Job Requirements: Diploma or Degree Holder in Operations Management/Business or related fieldAt least 3-5 years of experience in workforce or business transformation, reskilling, or facilitation. Excellent interpersonal skills and able to communicate at all levelsStrategic Thinker, Analytical, Self-driven and Results OrientedAble to work independently as well as in a teamOnly shortlisted candidates will be notified.
