Grounded in years of evidence and learning, this approach develops active citizens who drive local community-led change and deliver sustainable development goals long after a project or grant ends.Role Overview SummaryThe National Volunteer - Inclusion and Participatory Practice will accompany youth-led CSGs/networks (National Youth Forum, Youth Empowerment for Action and Resilient Network (YEARN) and Women Resilient Agriculture Network) in selected districts of Bangladesh to strengthen their capacity to embed participatory practices that foster social inclusion, strengthen social accountability and build resilience.Ideal Applicant SummarySkills & ExperienceThe ideal applicant will be experienced in participatory practices and rights-based approaches, with strong skills in capacity building, inclusive facilitation, and technical resource design for grassroots communities. Knowledgeable in gender equality, disability inclusion, youth-led development, and social accountability. Proficient in data analysis and digital advocacy tools, with a proven ability to influence system-level change.
