ZOLL Itamar’s corporate headquarters, research and development and manufacturing are located in Israel with U.S. headquarters based in Atlanta, GA.Job TypeRemote - PolandJob SummaryZOLL Itamar Poland is looking for a new Nationwide Clinical Support Specialist.The Clinical Support Specialist (CSS) will play a central role in establishing WatchPAT as first tier sleep diagnosis solution in Poland, familiarizing the clinical community with the technology and teaching physicians how to implement it clinically. We are looking for an independent self-starter to recruit KOLs, lead change in the Polish sleep market, and provide customer support throughout. Both clinical expertise (preferably in signal analysis) is required, as well as business acumen. The CSS will be expected to see the big picture, recruiting key opinion leaders to proactively drive new trends in the market, as well as tending to clinical education and technical support for prospects and customers across the country. High level clinical education and top-notch customer service are your tools of the trade, but it is impact on the clinical community, integration of the WatchPAT technology into local regulation, and subsequent growth in market share, that will define your success.This role requires strong clinical, organizational, and people skills, and close collaboration with the EMEA Area Business Director, Country Manager, business partners, and technical & clinical support teams.Essential FunctionsProviding technical and clinical training to physicians and other clinical staff.Assisting clients with clinical questions.Educating clients and prospects about ZOLL Itamar’s technology and its advantages.Visiting clients on a regular basis to educate and support their staff.Recruiting and managing collaborations with KOLs.Attending various conferences and other professional events in Poland and further afield.Assuming overall responsibility for the territory and reporting back regularly on progress.Required/Preferred Education And ExperienceBachelor's Degree Bio Engineering / Bio medical / similar preferred2-5 years experience in sleep medicine, as sleep technician / Respiratory physiologist. preferredResidence in Poland.Background in clinical training (mentoring new staff) – an advantage.Knowledge, Skills And AbilitiesAbility to deliver a presentation.Readiness to travel within Poland, (about 75% percent of time) and from time to time International travel.
