Main Responsibilities: The APAC Organization and NPNA department within the Asia Pacific CIB is responsible for managing a diverse range of projects that have either a transversal or product-specific focus. This role ensures thorough due diligence and effective change management practices are upheld. New Products/ New Activities:

leads the new product and new activity due diligence process across Natixis’ global platforms (APAC, EMEA, AMER) while partnering with the business and support departments. Lead End-to-End Due Diligence ProcessOwn and manage the comprehensive new product and activity due diligence process across Natixis’ global platforms (APAC, EMEA, AMER), collaborating closely with business and support departments. Identify, analyze, and document potential impacts associated with new products/services, including regulatory, compliance, operational, financial, reputational, and strategic delivery implications.

Foster close partnerships with regional and global Front Office, Business Management, and Support Functions to clearly articulate both technical and non-technical needsPrepare detailed Due Diligence Reports that succinctly present findings, issues, mitigation strategies, and recommendations for senior management and committee approvals (such as the regional NPNA Committee). Assist in responding to regulatory and audit inquiries related to new product governance and due diligence processes. Contribute to the refinement and standardization of the New Product Approval policy, including procedures, templates, and methodologies for issue analysis and assessment. Projects Management:

lead the bank’s organizational transformation and strategic projects across the APAC platform. Spearhead high-impact transformation projects across the APAC platform, collaborating with business leaders and support/control functions. Support APAC strategy definition and implementation through ownership of strategic studies, proof of concepts (PoCs), budget planning, and resource allocation efforts. Organize and prepare materials for Project, Steering, and Sponsor Committees to facilitate informed decision-making. Engage in team reporting efforts, providing regular updates to the APAC Executive Committee on project progress, prioritization, and status. Required Skills: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Finance, or a related discipline.

At least 5 years direct experience with CIB products and a working knowledge of the front-to-back processing chain, orDirect experience with New Product or Activities Approval/Due Diligence processes within a regulated financial institution is highly advantageous. Hands-on project management experience with a proven ability to engage and challenge senior stakeholders is a plus. Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to collaborate effectively across all functions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to conduct impactful presentations for large groups and senior partners. Proven problem-solving abilities, sound judgment, assertiveness, and proactive anticipation of challenges.

Professional certifications such as Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or Prince are a plus. Fluency in English is required; proficiency in French and/or Asian languages (Mandarin and Cantonese) is a valuable asset.
