About the job: Based in Mons, Belgium. You will join the Agency as we embark on a journey to transform our IT services to support NATO’s Digital Endeavour. You will join the NATO Infrastructure Services Centre (NISC), which is accountable for planning and executing the full lifecycle management activities (design, transition and operations) for the identified area of responsibility.
NISC provides generic, domain independent, technical functionality that enables and facilitates the operation and use of Information Technology resources. We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Senior Logistician to ensure the smooth flow of ICT and non-ICT assets across NATO’s infrastructure. You will manage everything from requisitioning and inventory to distribution, disposal, and accountability—supporting both internal NCIA teams and external NATO customers. The valuable knowledge and experience that you bring to this role will include: Higher vocational training in a relevant discipline with 2 years post-related experience. Or a secondary educational qualification with 4 years post-related experience. Experience: 2-4 years of experience in Supply, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or Asset ManagementWe are looking for : Proven logistics and supply chain experience (ideally 4+ years), with hands-on knowledge of inventory management, distribution planning, and warehouse operations. Familiarity with ICT asset handling, including lifecycle tracking, software/hardware requisitioning, and disposal in a secure environment. Experience working in international or military-civilian environments.
Strong organizational and analytical skills, capable of using logistics software, interpreting inventory data, and resolving discrepancies independently. Professional certifications or trainingFluency in English, both written and spoken is essentialWhat we offer:
