Post-related experience in hardware, software and database management in support of facility management systems. Knowledge of facility management related Building Management Systems (BMS), Computer Aided Facility Management Systems (CAFM), integrated Security Video Surveillance, Access Control, Intrusion Detection and Alarm Systems and Fire Detection and Alarm Systems. Knowledge and proven experience of database management up to the scale of minimum 100 000 elements. Proficiency in technical and administrative writing and in the use of technical data.

Knowledge of, and experience in, using Computer Aided Facility Management system (e. g. IBM Maximo/Suite, ArchiFM).
