Position Duties/ResponsibilitiesYou will act as an advisor for labor relations issues in organizations with a wide variety of occupations with significant employee issues. You will promote effective employee-management relations and provide advice on complex and controversial issues. You will offer assistance on grievance procedures along with ensuring official case files are properly maintained in accordance with regulatory guidance.
