You will serve as a Management and Program Analyst in the Department of Navy of NAVSUP FLT LOGISTICS CNTR SIGONELLA, Italy. ResponsibilitiesYou will serve as a subject matter expert in data analytics and is responsible for interpreting data, analyzing results, and providing actionable insights to drive informed decision-making. You will analyze workloads, portfolio reviews, special projects, tiger teams, CPI events, and data base construction/administration and relays the information in a meaningful way to the chain of command and mission partner's chain of command.
You will lead NAVSUP FLCSI working groups to resolve issues, provide input to establish processes, disseminate information, and define system enhancements for future development. You will analyze and evaluate criteria to measure and improve program effectiveness and productivity. You will prepare and review internal instructions, procedures, and guidelines concerning business analysis activities and makes recommendations for incorporating methods for improvement. QualificationsYour resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1. Determines reporting method(s) and develops complex reports, charts, graphs, and dashboards using Microsoft suite tools. 2. Analyzes management information requirements to develop reporting systems including the systems specifications, data gathering and analytical techniques, and systems evaluation methodology. 3. Analyzes workloads, portfolio reviews, special projects, tiger teams, CPI events, and data base construction/administration and relays the information in a meaningful way to the chain of command and mission partner's chain of command. 4. Analyzes and evaluates criteria to measure and improve program effectiveness and productivity. Performs statistical analysis of projects, processes, services. 5.
