DescriptionNayax Lithuania EMI is now looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist (m/f/d) to strengthen its finance team,full-time. As an Accounts Receivables Specialist you will perform daily AR reconciliation of clients’ accounts, and ensure receivables and payables align with client agreements and acquirer contracts. You will ensure smooth financial processes and accurate reconciliations. Key ResponsibilitiesEfficiently match and reconcile transactions with precision and attention to small details. Record and process incoming payments, ensuring proper allocation to customer accounts.
Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly postedMonitor and manage credit limits and payment terms to minimize risk and ensure compliance with company policiesIdentify discrepancies and investigate root causes to ensure accurate matchingUtilize analytical skills to identify patterns and trends in transactional dataWork closely with data sources to validate and verify transactional informationConduct thorough quality checks to ensure the accuracy of matched transactionsImplement and maintain quality assurance processes to uphold data integrity standardsDemonstrate advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reportingUtilize Excel functions and formulas to streamline transaction matching processesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to suggest improvements to existing automated processes and advise on new processes to optimize transaction matching.
RequirementsRequirements: Bachelor's degree in finance or a related fieldPrevious experience in Accounting - a mustPrevious experience in transactional matching or reconciliation rolesProficiency in using Excel for data analysis and reportingAbility to work independently and meet tight deadlinesStrong attention to detail and the ability to spot errors and discrepanciesAnalytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniquesGood organizational and time management skillsEffective communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholdersTeam player, with a can-do approach and the ability to drive optimization-oriented changes.
