DescriptionNayax Lithuania is looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Reconciliation Operations Analyst to join our team. This role ensures accurate and efficient reconciliation of transactions across various platforms. The Reconciliation Operations Analyst will report to the Processing Operations Manager and play a key role in maintaining data integrity, identifying discrepancies, and optimizing reconciliation processes. Key ResponsibilitiesAccurately match and reconcile transactions with strong attention to detail. Identify and investigate discrepancies, ensuring timely resolution. Analyze transactional data to identify patterns and trends. Validate and verify transactional information across multiple data sources.
Conduct quality checks to ensure data accuracy and integrity. Maintain and enhance quality assurance processes related to reconciliation. Utilize advanced Excel functions and formulas to streamline and automate workflows. Work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize reconciliation processes. Support process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting solutions.
