NBK Wealth is recruiting for a Assistant Manager – Operations for its Digital Channels and Platforms team in Kuwait. Role Summary:

Responsible for all aspects of DCP and SW operational and client support. This involves overseeing client onboarding, transaction processing, trading activities, reporting and client support. An Operations Officer is also expected to support internal distribution channels with SW specific topics. Support clients with their onboarding and investment journey, ensuring an elevated client experience. Requirements: Conduct and oversee the client onboarding process for DCP platforms: Ensure client account reviews occur in a timely manner, in adherence with regulations. Coordinate profile completions with clients that face issues. Support NBK sales staff with onboarding clients within their network.

Oversee all transfer activities pertaining to client funds with DCP/SW and the Broker: Validating the source of funds for incoming transfers. Local and international transfers of clients’ funds to/from the Broker. Processing withdrawal requests and client redemptions. Regular book keeping and reconciliation of the accounts. Trade and manage the investment lifecycle of the clients’ assets for DCP platforms: Buy / sell investment securities in line with client orders. Coordinate regularly with the Broker on maintenance and execution of services. Qualifications: Bachelor degree in accounting, finance or business-related field. 5+ years of experience in related operations industry.

Ability to run and manage operational workflows effectively, with extreme adherence to timeliness. Strong attention to details. Excellent maneuvering of data utilizing tools such as Excel. Ability to connect and understand clients’ needs and resolve problems. High communication skills at different levels (supervisor, team members and client). Sound understanding of financial instruments, investment funds and investment activities (brokerage, capital markets, stocks). Fluency in English and Arabic. Familiar with operational standard / industry practice. Good at numbers and analytic and problem solving skills.
