Are you a dynamic marketing professional with a passion for driving growth through strategic initiatives? We are looking for a talented and driven Senior Marketing Manager to lead and execute a variety of marketing activities for our specialized platforms. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to make a significant impact by overseeing key marketing campaigns and initiatives and collaborating closely with distribution partners to ensure success. Job Summary: The person in this role will be responsible for managing and executing marketing strategies that drive growth of our platforms. This role requires strong leadership and a creative mindset.
This person will lead our marketing efforts, ensuring that campaigns are aligned with growth objectives and are executed seamlessly across all channels. Key Responsibilities: Growth marketing for digital investment and brokerage solutions: Lead the end-to-end development and execution of growth marketing strategies for NBK Invest and retail business lines (funds, robo advisory, and brokerage services). Conceptualize and execute multichannel marketing campaigns and initiatives to drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement. Build and manage the relationship with distribution partners across NBK Group for campaign/content development and media planning, ensuring growth objectives are achieved and marketing initiatives are executed seamlessly.
Leverage marketing/business data and analytics to continuously optimize marketing performance and ROI. Oversee and contribute towards the content creation for marketing collateral and materials to support the various marketing initiatives. Brand management: Safeguard the NBK Invest and NBK Brokerage brands across all touchpoints, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines for tone of voice, design, and messaging. Work with design and content partners to develop and maintain brand assets and collateral. Team leadership and development: Manage, mentor, and grow a multidisciplinary team of marketing and design professionals.
Set performance goals and coach team members to foster a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous personal and professional development. Content and UX writing supportCollaborate with product and technology teams to deliver effective, customer-centric UX writing across internal and external digital platforms. Collaborate with client servicing teams to craft clear, helpful content across client-facing communication channels e. g. live chat, in-app notifications, emails, FAQs. Qualifications: Bachelorʼs degree in marketing/business administration or equivalent field. A Masters degree/MBA is a plus. 5+ years’ experience in a marketing role or agency experience.
Excellent communication skills which include written, verbal, presentation, and social media. Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns. Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills. Metrics-driven marketing mind with an eye for creativity. Experience with marketing automation, email marketing, and CRM tools.
