About the RoleThe HR Recruiter is responsible for performing full life cycle recruiting, including candidate sourcing, screening, ATS processing, interviews, offers and background clearance for all positions assigned. ResponsibilitiesRecruits qualified licensed, non-licensed, or management positions as assigned. Screens applicants using behavioral based tools and refers qualified applicants to the hiring manager for consideration. May provide initial screening for manager to obtain work history, education, training, job skills, and background and salary requirements. Quotes salary rates & other employment benefits in accordance with NCH guidelines. Conducts reference checks/background screening on applicant.
Obtains current/clear status of a primary source licensure/certification documentationContinuously communicates with applicants by presenting offers or regretting applicants. QualificationsBachelor’s Degree required, or 6 years of healthcare recruitment experience in lieu of educationMust have at least 6 months of recruitment related experience, healthcare preferred. Must be able to prepare and analyze reports and presentations and present ideas clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
