Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Test Analyst with hands-on experience in OSS/BSS systems and telecom product testing. The role involves validating complex service workflows across service catalogues, activation, orchestration, and inventory systems to ensure seamless mobile service delivery and provisioning. The role involves validating end-to-end service workflows such as mobile activations and porting to ensure accurate provisioning and service delivery. The analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to identify and resolve defects, maintain high quality standards, and contribute to automation efforts for improved efficiency.

QualificationsStrong knowledge and hands-on experience in Telecom OSS/BSS systems. Solid understanding of telecom products and service fulfillment processes. Experience in testing mobile activations, number porting, and service provisioning. Proficient in test automation tools and scripting. Familiar with Agile methodologies and practices. Excellent communication skills and a proactive testing mindset. Strong defect tracking, analysis, and resolution skills. Excellent communication skills.
