Your responsibilities will include:Assisting with NDT inspections using methods such as Eddy Current (ECI), Ultrasonic (UT), Magnetic Particle (MT), and Fluorescent Penetrant (PT) testing.Learning to interpret test results and contribute to inspection reports under the guidance of senior inspectors.Collaborating with inspection and maintenance teams to complete tasks efficiently and accurately.With greater knowledge comes greater responsibility...What We’re Looking ForWe’re open to candidates who are still building their experience but have a strong interest in aviation and a commitment to quality. Ideally, you’ll bring:Basic knowledge or training in Non-Destructive Testing (NDT), with a willingness to pursue certification (Level II) in accordance with EN4179 and NAS-410 standards.Some hands-on experience in technical or mechanical roles—aviation experience is a plus but not required.A keen eye for detail, a safety-first mindset, and a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.Ability to read technical documents such as blueprints or structural repair manuals accurately.Strong computer skills for report writing/documentation purposes are essential.Why Join Us?At Aero Norway, you’ll be part of a team that values mentorship, continuous learning, and professional development.
