Assistant Warehouse Manager

Job DescriptionAbout NEO Logistics: At NEO Logistics, we are a growing third-party logistics provider committed to delivering excellent service to our clients. We are looking for a proactive, dependable, and hardworking individual to join our team as an Assistant Warehouse Manager. This position plays a key role in supporting our warehouse manager while also handling a wide range of warehouse operations and office duties. Position Overview: As the Assistant Warehouse Manager, you will be an essential part of our daily operations.

You will perform all warehousing tasks, including shipping, receiving, recording inventory, and picking orders, while also assisting with critical office tasks like customer communication, data entry into inventory software, and troubleshooting operational issues. Critical thinking is crucial in this role as you'll be a key part of our decision-making process. In the future, you will also take on keyholder duties and potentially run the closing shift. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and perform all warehousing tasks, including shipping, receiving, inventory recording, and order pickingAssist the Warehouse Manager with office tasks, including customer communication and data entry into inventory softwareUse critical thinking skills to solve problems and improve operational efficiencyTake ownership of keyholder duties and run the closing shift as neededSupport the team by stepping in for any operational tasks during peak hoursMaintain inventory accuracy and assist with auditsEnsure a clean and organized warehouse environmentMaintain compliance with safety standards and regulationsRequired Qualifications:

At least 2 years of experience in warehousing or logisticsStrong problem-solving and critical thinking abilitiesAbility to perform physical labor in a warehouse environmentExperience with inventory management systems and softwareExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalStrong attention to detail and ability to multi-taskAbility to work well both independently and as part of a teamMust be dependable, self-motivated, and a fast learnerWhat We Offer:
