Neo Paints is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Sales Insights Analyst to join our growing team. This role is critical in helping the business drive revenue growth, optimize sales performance, and improve overall business efficiency. You will work closely with Sales Team, Marketing, and Management teams to analyse data, forecast trends, and provide actionable insights that directly influence strategic decisions and sales initiatives. Â KEY PERFORMANCE AREASSales Data & InsightsCollaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to identify trends, forecast sales performance, and deliver actionable insights that drive revenue growth.
Collect, analyse, and interpret complex sales data to support informed, data-driven business decisions. Analyse sales metrics, customer behaviour, market trends, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities. Create comprehensive reports, dashboards, and visualizations to clearly communicate findings to various stakeholders. Sales Performance & ForecastingConduct regular sales performance analyses to monitor progress, identify shortfalls, and recommend improvements. Track sales targets and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), providing updates and insights to management. Assist in preparing sales forecasts and budgets with accuracy and reliability. Sales Support & AdministrationSupport Sales Management by handling administrative tasks, processing orders, and maintaining accurate sales records.
 Assist in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and market research for customer engagements. Manage sales contracts and ensure an accurate database of sales documentation and customer information. Prepare and update sales reports for both the sales team and management. Stay fully informed on the Neo Paints product range to effectively support reporting and strategic recommendations. QUALIFICATIONS, COMPENTENCIES AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS: Grade 12 Certificate Diploma or Certificate in Sales and Marketing will be an added advantageAdvanced Excel skills and familiarity with reporting tools and data visualization platforms. Valid Driver’s License.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a sales environment, including at least 2 years in sales reporting and analytics. Strong analytical skills with the ability to work confidently with large datasets. Excellent communication and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences. Highly organized with the ability to meet strict deadlines while managing multiple priorities. Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
