The synergy of GenAI and VR is poised to: 1) Accelerate Design & Prototyping: Cut design and prototyping time from months to minutes by automating the generation and evaluation of numerous design options, optimizing for factors like material usage, structural integrity, and cost. Our vision includes transforming text prompts into detailed 3D models for virtual environments. 2) Enable Hyper-Personalized Training: Create adaptive, efficient, and engaging learning environments tailored to individual needs, dynamically adjusting task difficulty and introducing new challenges in real-time. 3) Democratize Industrial Design:

Lower barriers to entry for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) by making advanced design and manufacturing capabilities accessible without the need for extensive specialized expertise or costly software. 4) Provide Safe, Scalable Simulations: Develop immersive, high-fidelity simulations that replicate real-world industrial processes in a safe, controlled environment, reducing risks, equipment damage, and operational disruptions. VR training has shown to significantly improve knowledge retention, with studies indicating 80% retention after three months compared to 20% with traditional methods.

What We're Looking For: We are seeking a driven and visionary technical Co-founder who can help shape our strategic direction, drive product development, and build key partnerships. You will be instrumental in transforming our ambitious vision into tangible industrial solutions. Key responsibilities:

As the Technical AI Co-founder, you'll be instrumental in bridging the gap between cutting-edge AI research and real-world industrial applications. Your primary focus will be on the core technological development and strategy to make the vision a reality. AI Architecture & Development: You'll design, build, and deploy the generative AI models that translate natural language prompts into complex 3D industrial environments. This involves deep work with large language models and 3D generation techniques to ensure the output is not just visually plausible but also functionally accurate and manufacturable. VR/XR Integration:

You will lead the integration of the AI-generated content into a high-fidelity, interactive VR platform. This includes optimizing the models for real-time rendering, designing intuitive user interactions within the virtual space, and ensuring the system is compatible with various VR hardware. Research & Development Leadership: You will drive the R&D roadmap, exploring new technologies like diffusion models or advanced rendering techniques to continuously improve the platform's realism and functionality. Your role is to keep the company at the forefront of the technology curve. Data Strategy:

You will be responsible for building a robust data pipeline, which is crucial for training and fine-tuning the generative AI. This includes sourcing, curating, and augmenting large datasets of industrial blueprints, 3D models, and operational data. Team Building: You will recruit, mentor, and lead the technical team, hiring specialists in AI, 3D graphics, and VR development. Technical Strategy & IP: You will collaborate with the CEO to define the long-term technical vision, develop the intellectual property strategy, and ensure the solution is scalable, secure, and ready for enterprise adoption. Desired Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of deep technical expertise and a practical, hands-on understanding of industrial environments. Educational Background: A Ph. D. or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field is preferred. However, a strong portfolio of relevant projects can be just as valuable. Technical Expertise: Generative AI: Proven experience with generative models for 3D content, such as diffusion models, GANs, or transformers. You should have a track record of building and deploying complex AI systems. Programming: High proficiency in Python and popular ML frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for scalable model training is also essential. Domain Knowledge: This is a key differentiator. A background in chemical engineering, industrial design, or manufacturing is a significant advantage. It ensures you understand the fundamental constraints and requirements of industrial processes, allowing you to build a system that creates a functional and safe factory, not just a pretty picture.
