NeoLoad Performance Engineer (f/m/x)

As a performance team, we work with a wide range of technologies under test - from websites and APIs to ERP technology, video streaming, and IoT, completing projects across industries. We also pride ourselves on using elements of artificial intelligence in performance testing.In this position, you will join a project for a well-known brand in the food sector and will mainly work with the NeoLoad tool on a daily basis. Your tasks Transferring existing performance tests from LoadRunner to NeoLoad with best practicesCreating new NeoLoad scripts from scratch and using Tosca -> NeoLoad integrationCreating documentation and proposals for performance testing approaches for the organization and individual projectsAnalyzing test results from NeoLoad and data from infrastructure and application metricsSupporting project teams in performance testingProposing and implementing improvements in test strategy, automation, and results analysisCollaborating with DevOps, QA, Architects, and development teamsRequirementsMinimum 5 years of experience in performance testingVery good knowledge of NeoLoad - writing, running, and analyzing testsFamiliarity with LoadRunner and experience in migrating tests between toolsKnowledge of the basics of web application and API (REST, SOAP) operationsAbility to analyze system metrics (CPU, RAM, I/O) and application metrics (e.g., logs, APM, monitoring)Proficiency in reading and interpreting test results and drawing conclusionsGood communication and consulting skills - ability to work with clients, present results, and recommendationsKnowledge of the English languageJob no. 260225-PRLDMSii ensures that all hiring decisions are made solely on the basis of qualifications and competence.
