About the RoleAs a Project Executive, you will be responsible for operation & execution of businesses in events, exhibition and other projects. To be able to take the lead in Projects and liaise with Clients: Document clients' requirements that align with event scope and objectives.

Handle pre-event preparation, on-site management, and post-event activitiesLiaise and work with internal stakeholders to execute project & dutiesAssist in the operations and documentation of the projects and coordinate with the sub-contractors on site to ensure smooth execution of projectsTroubleshoot any issues and deviations on-siteInteract with clients to offer suggestions, recommendations, and solutions for projectCoordinate with office administrationGood to have:

Diploma/Degree in any discipline with 0 - 2 years of experienceResilience, initiative, meticulous and willing to work in a diverse environmentAttention to detail with high-level of accuracy and ability to demonstrate sound work ethics and discretionStrong project management, organisation, and interpersonal skillsMust be savvy in Microsoft Powerpoint and excelMotivated, keen to learn, hardworking and a good team playerGET CLOSER TO WHAT YOU LOVE.
