Join our incredible team! We are a private, abstinence-based addiction clinic providing exceptional care and support to an international clientele. Situated on the spectacular shores of Lake Lucerne, we are an English-speaking recovery clinic treating those suffering from addiction and affective disorders such as depression and anxiety. Our team is dedicated to helping people overcome addiction and achieve long-term recovery through compassionate care. We seek a Clinical Psychologist / Psychotherapist to join us immediately or by mutual agreement.

    Skills and Qualifications•   Master’s degree in psychology, advanced or completed psychotherapy training FSP or SBAP•   Solid understanding of addiction and affective disorders needs and approaches•   Excellent team player – enjoy interprofessional and interdisciplinary teamwork•   Appreciative attitude, empathy, and high social competence•   Flexible, open to new approaches, other cultures and change•   Genuine care and service-oriented•   Excellent knowledge of English and German (other languages are an advantage)•   Applicants with a foreign qualification must have the title Psychologist or Psychotherapist as recognised by the PsyKo (Bundesamt für Gesundheit, BAG)Key Responsibilities:

•   Conducting clinical assessments and formulating treatment plans and case formulations•   Providing psychotherapeutic treatment to clients in both individual and group settings•   Conducting workshops and coaching session for individuals and teams•   Managing cases, including documentation, reporting, and coordination•   Utilising rTMS (Repetitive Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation) as part of the treatment process (training will be provided)•   Monitor and evaluate client progress according to the treatment plan, and coordinate with team members to achieve treatment goals•   Work closely with recovery counsellors, other therapists, medical team, and external service providers in a collaborative approach to treatment•   Accurately record necessary information in the electronic medical records (EMR) system and ensure compliance with policies and procedures•   Contributing to the formulation, implementation, and ongoing development of NEOVIVA's therapeutic programme in line with the latest research•   Report to the Clinical Lead   Our offerJoin a dynamic, driven, and culturally diverse team where you can make a meaningful impact on the lives of others while enhancing your own skills in a supportive and creative environment.
