Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze customer business processes and propose tailored planning solutions. Deliver engaging product demonstrations and configure solutions to meet client requirements.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and implementation teams to support pre-sales and deployment activities. Develop detailed documentation including solution scopes, use cases, and RFP responses. Guide customers through Agile deployment, ensuring timely and successful solution delivery. QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or related fields; fashion/retail background preferred. Proven experience in retail planning, software optimization, and analytics. Strong technical skills in databases, BI tools, and data modeling. Excellent communication and presentation skills with a consultative sales approach. Willingness to travel and adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment.
